<p>Während Unionsparteien und SPD unsere
Studienfinanzierung als optimales
Thema für einen fruchtlosen
Koalitionsstreit auserkoren haben,
haben wir uns erneut seriös damit
beschäftigt und ein Policypapier zur
aktuellen Debatte beschlossen. Dabei
haben wir versucht, eine Balance zu
finden zwischen einem
zukunftsweisenden Vorschlag für eine
grundlegende Strukturreform und
pragmatischen Empfehlungen für die
Verbesserung des aktuellen
Schlamassels. Am Ende steht dieses
umfassende Papier. Viele Forderungen
sind eine Zusammenfassung unserer
Positionen.</p>
<p><strong>Was ist neu? </strong>Verbesserung
kann Geld sparen! Wenn die Koalition
Bürokratieabbau ernst meinen will,
haben wir die Vorschläge dafür.
Längere Antragszeiträume, radikal
vereinfachte Folgeanträge und
Vereinfachung des Erstantrags sparen
Geld. Mehr lest ihr im Papier.</p>
<p>Wie immer verbinden wir pragmatische
Vorschläge mit dem ganzen Kuchen: <strong>grundlegende
Veränderung gibt es nur mit Protest.</strong>
Unsere Schlussverkauf Bildung Kampagne

BAföG über bröckelnden
Bildungseinrichtungen zu
Finanzpolitik. Das hört sich nach dir

<p>Im September 2025 hat das
Bundesverfassungsgericht entschieden,
dass mehr Mitbestimmung in
Hochschulgremien möglich ist und die
Wissenschaftsfreiheit nicht
einschränkt (1 BvR 1141/19). Bereits
die erste fzs Mitgliederversammlung im
Frühjahr 1994 forderte die völlige
Demokratisierung der Hochschulen, in
Tradition der Studierendenvertretungen
seit dem BVerfG-Urteil gegen
paritätische Gremien. Das neue Urteil
gibt uns Rückenwind: wir müssen jetzt
dafür eintreten, dass die Hochschulen
und Länder diesen Spielraum nutzen und
mehr Demokratie wagen. Nutzen wir
diese Chance gemeinsam!</p>

<p class="has-text-align-left">Auf
Antrag des AStAs der Hochschule
Darmstadt haben wir eine Absage an
Hörsaalsponsoring und andere Formen
der Unternehmenswerbung an Hochschulen
beschlossen. Immer mehr Hochschulen
erhöhen zur Stopfung ihrer öffentlich
erzeugten Haushaltslöcher ihre
Drittmittel von Privatunternehmen.
Damit machen sich Wissenschaft und
Lehre von kurzfristigen ökonomischen
Interessen abhängig. Gibt es auch an
eurer Hochschule einen
Jeff-Bezos-Aral-McDonalds-HecklerKoch
Hörsaal? Dann ist dieser Beschluss
vielleicht ein Anstoß, etwas dagegen
zu unternehmen.</p>

<p>Der fzs ist fast ausschließlich
mitgliederfinanziert. Das ist wichtig,
um eine unabhängige
Studierendenvertretung gewährleisten
zu können. Nachdem unser bisheriger
Mitgliedsbeitrag dieses Jahr
volljährig geworden ist, haben wir <strong>zum
ersten Mal seit 18 Jahren unsere
Beiträge angepasst.</strong> In den
nächsten Jahren werden die Beiträge
langsam ansteigen, um eine
verträgliche Integration in die
Haushalte der Mitglieder zu
ermöglichen.</p>
<p>Das gibt uns die nötige Grundlage, um
mehr Bildungsangebote und mehr Service
zu schaffen und unsere Lobby- und
Kampagnenarbeit auf zukunftsfähige
Füße zu stellen. Wir danken allen
anwesenden Mitgliedern für die
konstruktive Diskussion und das fast
einstimmige Ergebnis. </p>
