<p>Am 28. Januar 2026 haben Studierende
und Beschäftigte bundesweit gezeigt,
dass sie die Zustände an den
Hochschulen nicht länger hinnehmen.
Der bundesweite Hochschulaktionstag,
den wir als fzs gemeinsam mit
Gewerkschaften und weiteren
hochschulpolitischen Akteur*innen
mitorganisiert haben, war ein
deutliches Signal: So wie es ist, kann
es nicht bleiben. An über 80
Hochschulstandorten gab es
Protestaktionen, an mehr als 60
Hochschulen wurde gestreikt –
sichtbar, solidarisch und laut.</p>
<p>Auch in Hannover waren viele auf der
Straße. In ihrem Redebeitrag auf der
Kundgebung vor dem Landtag in Hannover
machte Tabea aus dem Vorstand
deutlich, was viele von uns täglich
erleben: Hochschulen werden seit
Jahren kaputtgespart, Beschäftigte
arbeiten unter prekären Bedingungen
und Studierende stehen unter
wachsendem finanziellen und
psychischen Druck. Bildung wird
politisch gern als Zukunftsversprechen
verkauft – die Realität an den
Hochschulen ist jedoch geprägt von
Unterfinanzierung, Unsicherheit und
Überlastung. Das ist kein Zufall,
sondern das Ergebnis politischer
Entscheidungen.</p>

<p>Besonders deutlich wird das bei den
Studienbedingungen selbst.
Bibliotheken verlieren Mittel,
Tutorien werden gekürzt, Sachmittel
gestrichen, ganze Studiengänge geraten
unter Druck. Gleichzeitig steigen
Mieten, Lebenshaltungskosten und
Semesterbeiträge. Studierende zahlen
immer mehr für ein Studium, das
gleichzeitig schlechter ausgestattet
ist. Wer nicht aus einem finanziell
abgesicherten Elternhaus kommt, wird
schleichend aus dem Studium gedrängt
und Bildung wird wieder zur sozialen
Frage.</p>
<p>Der Aktionstag hat aber auch gezeigt:
Studien- und Arbeitsbedingungen lassen
sich nicht trennen. Prekäre
Beschäftigung bedeutet prekäre Lehre.
Deshalb haben wir uns klar solidarisch
mit den Beschäftigten positioniert –
gegen Kettenbefristungen, für
verlässliche Arbeitsverträge und für
einen bundesweiten TVStud. Gute Lehre
braucht gute Arbeitsbedingungen.</p>

<p>Der Hochschulaktionstag war kein
Einzelereignis, sondern Teil eines
größeren Konflikts um die Zukunft
unserer Hochschulen. Es geht um
ausfinanzierte Grundstrukturen statt
Projektlogik, um Demokratie statt
Sparzwang, um Hochschulen als Orte von
Bildung, Kritik und gesellschaftlicher
Verantwortung. Wir haben gezeigt, dass
wir viele sind. Und wir bleiben dran –
gemeinsam, solidarisch und unbequem.✊</p>

vom 90. Boardmeeting der European
Students’ Union</h3>
<p class="has-text-align-left">Die
European Students’ Union (ESU) vereint
als unser europäischer Dachverband 43
nationale Studierendenvertretungen aus
40 europäischen Ländern. Es war daher
eine große Ehre und Freude, dass auch
wir als fzs wieder mit einer
Delegation beim 90. Boardmeeting vom
1.-7.12. in Wien dabei sein konnten. </p>
<p>Diese Delegation bestand aus Max
(Referent*In Internationales), Jo
(Vorstand) und Denise (Ausschuss
Internationales)</p>
<p>Im Laufe der Woche hatten wir die
Chance uns tiefer damit zu
beschäftigen, wie wichtig Daten zur
sozialen Lage Studierender sind, wie
wir diese noch besser für unsere
Arbeit nutzen und uns vernetzen
können. </p>

<p>Neben Austausch und Seminarformaten
ist das Boardmeeting aber vor allem
die Mitgliederversammlung der ESU,
weshalb wir uns mit einer Vielzahl an
Statements und Policy Dokumenten
beschäftigten, diese diskutierten und
abstimmten.</p>
<p>Die wichtigsten Beschlüsse waren hier
unter anderem eine Aktualisierung der
Positionen zu Qualität in Studium und
Lehre, ein Beschluss zur Situation
LGBTQIA+ Studierender in Europa, eine
weitere Solidarisierung mit den
andauernden Protesten in Serbien und
ein Beschluss zu Active Citizenship
Education, ein Konzept was sich mit
Demokratiebildung vergleichen lässt.</p>
<p>Ein Antrag zur Gefahr der andauernden
Militarisierung an Hochschulen fand
leider keine Mehrheit, in unserem
Netzwerk TOPICS behandeln wir dies
aber weiter.</p>

<p>Wir richten euch dann einen eigene
Gruppe ein, in dem ihr Untergruppen
anlegen, Mitglieder verwalten und eure
internen Inhalte organisieren könnt.</p>
<p>Wenn ihr das Portal noch nicht kennt,
könnt ihr euch natürlich auch erstmal
einen persönlichen Account erstellen
und euch umschauen. Wir haben eine
Beispielgruppe eingerichtet, der ihr
zum Testen direkt beitreten könnt: <a

<p>Das HoPo-Portal ist kostenlos für
alle fzs-Mitglieder. Die Software wird
von der wechange-Genossenschaft
entwickelt und ist vollständig Open
Source und wird Datenschutzkonform in
Deutschland gehosted. Anders als bei
vielen kommerziellen Anbietern werden
hier keine Daten verkauft und es gibt
keine Werbung.</p>
