Mitgliederversammlung</strong>
vorstellen. Und wir schauen wie immer
auf die <strong>aktuelle Situation
von Studierenden</strong>, die nicht
nur für alte Hasen, sondern auch für
alle Erstis weiterhin dramatisch

<p>Anfang September hat der neue
Vorstand, bestehend aus Jo Dietze,
Katharina Rummenhöller, Tabea Herbst
und Tjark Hagen Kandulski das Amt
angetreten. Gleichzeitig konnten wir
auch zwei neue Referent*Innen in
unserem Team begrüßen: Maximilian
Wimmer für Studium und Lehre und gute
Arbeitsbedingungen und Max Dietrich
für Internationales ergänzen nun das
neue Team. Rahel Schüssler für BAföG
und Wohnen und Debora Eller für
Antifaschismus, Antirassismus und
Emanzipation sind weiterhin als
Referentinnen im Amt. Unser
politischer Geschäftsführer Jonathan
Dreusch bleibt natürlich auch
weiterhin im Amt. Im Folgenden wollen
wir euch den neuen Vorstand und die
Referent*Innen kurz vorstellen.</p>

studiert Soziologie

Erziehungswissenschaften
mit Schwerpunkt
Erwachsenenbildung an
der Universität
Hamburg. Dort hat Jo
die letzten Jahre im
Referat für
Hochschulpolitik des
AStA gearbeitet und
von Einführungstagen
über Netzwerktreffen
und
Pressemitteilungen,
bis hin zu Festivals
und Erstibeuteln
einiges
(mit)organisiert.
Ebenso ist Jo seit
mehreren Jahren
studentisches Mitglied
im Ausschuss für
Gleichstellung des
Akademischen Senats
der Uni Hamburg. Jo
ist seit 2023 in
verschiedenen Rollen
und Gremien im fzs
aktiv. Im fzs-Vorstand
ist Jo unter anderem
zuständig für die
Themenbereiche
Internationales,
Intersektionales,
Inklusion,
Antisemitismen und
andere
Diskriminierungsmechanismen,
sowie politische

Hannover. Seit ihrem
Studienbeginn

zahlreichen Gremien,
unter anderem als
Senatorin, im
Fakultätsrat, im
Studentischen Rat und
im Ältestenrat der
Verfassten
Studierendenschaft.
Auf Bundesebene bringt
sie sich als Mitglied
im Studentischen
Akkreditierungspool
und im
Akkreditierungsrat
ein. Ihre
Schwerpunkte liegen in
der Sicherung und
Verbesserung von
Studien- und
Lehrbedingungen, in
der Lehrkräftebildung,
der Verbesserung
studentischer
Partizipation in
Entscheidungsprozessen,
sowie in Fragen der
Hochschulfinanzierung
und -struktur. </p>

Kandulski</strong>

Hamburg engagierte
sich Tjark
hochschulpolitisch –

politische Bildung,
Referent für Finanzen
und zuletzt im
AStA-Vorstand in
Frankfurt. Seit 2022
ist Tjark in
verschiedenen Rollen
für den fzs aktiv: im
Tagungsbüro auf
Mitgliederversammlungen,
als Hilfskraft bei
Konferenzen und als
Workshopleitung. </p>
<p>Im Vorstand liegen
Tjarks Schwerpunkte
bei Finanzen und
Haushaltsplanung,
Sozialpolitik,
politischer Bildung

Veranstaltungsorganisation,

<p>Das Wintersemester beginnt – und für
viele Studierende bedeutet das nicht
Kommiliton*innen wieder sehen oder die
Hochschulbank drücken, sondern die
verzweifelte Suche nach einem Dach
über dem Kopf. Trotz der im
Koalitionsvertrag versprochenen
„WG-Garantie“ bleibt die Lage auf dem
studentischen Wohnungsmarkt
dramatisch. Studierende campen in
Turnhallen, schlafen in
Notunterkünften oder zahlen Mieten,
die längst jede Zumutbarkeitsgrenze
sprengen.</p>

In vielen Städten ist

unmöglich, bezahlbaren
Wohnraum zu finden.
Öffentliche Wohnheime
sind überlastet,
Sanierungen stocken,
und die wenigen
Neubauprojekte greifen
viel zu kurz.</p>

<p>Was wir erleben, ist keine
Übergangsphase, sondern eine <strong>anhaltende
strukturelle Krise</strong>. Seit
Jahren warnen Studierendenvertretungen
davor, dass die Wohnungsfrage
zunehmend zu einer sozialen Frage wird
– und genau das ist eingetreten. Wenn
Studierende sich verschulden müssen,
um die Miete zu zahlen, oder ihr
Studium abbrechen, weil sie keine
Wohnung finden, dann ist das ein
massiver Angriff auf
Bildungsgerechtigkeit.</p>
<p>Wir fordern die Bundesregierung auf,
endlich zu handeln. Lippenbekenntnisse
und symbolische Programme reichen
nicht. Notwendig sind:</p>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>massive Investitionen in
den sozialen und studentischen
Wohnungsbau</strong>,</li>
<li><strong>eine deutliche Erhöhung
der BAföG-Wohnpauschale</strong>,</li>
<li><strong>eine echte Mietpreisbremse</strong>,
die den Namen verdient,</li>
<li>und <strong>konkrete Maßnahmen</strong>,
um Studierenden in Not kurzfristig
Unterkünfte zu sichern.</li>
</ul>
<p>Wohnen ist kein Luxus, sondern
Voraussetzung für gleichberechtigte
Bildung. Solange Studierende in Zelten
schlafen, ist die „WG-Garantie“ nichts
weiter als ein politisches
Feigenblatt.</p>

<p>Über drei Jahrzehnte war die
StuRa-Baracke Dreh- und Angelpunkt für
die studentische Selbstverwaltung in
Dresden. Damit ist jetzt Schluss, denn
auch vor Relikten machen die
Sparmaßnahmen an Hochschulen keinen
Halt. Aber lasst Lisa selbst erzählen:</p>
<p>„Nach einem Rohrbruch im vergangenen
Winter fiel in unserer StuRa-Baracke
die Heizung aus. Zunächst hieß es, wir
könnten uns behelfen – mit
Heizkörpern, die in die Steckdose
gesteckt werden, und Ventilatoren, die
die warme Luft verteilen. Später im
Jahr zogen wir für einige Monate in
ein anderes Gebäude um. Im Sommer
kehrten wir zwar in die Baracke
zurück, doch die Heizung blieb
weiterhin defekt.</p>
<p>Schließlich wurde entschieden, die
Baracke abzureißen – und wir müssen
nun endgültig ausziehen.</p>
<p>Am vergangenen Freitag feierten wir
deshalb 36 Jahre Studierendenrat und
zugleich den Abschied unserer
StuRa-Baracke:</p>
<p>Draußen duftete es nach Gegrilltem,
drinnen leuchtete die Baracke in
rot-blauen Farben und vibrierte vom
Bass. Ein letztes Mal war sie voller
Menschen, die gemeinsam und entspannt
feierten.“</p>

<p>In Bayern wurde die verfasste
Studierendenschaft vor etwas mehr als
50 Jahren abgeschafft. Bedeutet: Kein
im Hochschulgesetz verankterter AStA
und dementsprechend auch maue
finanzielle Mittel. 😡 Um in Bayern
trotzdem studentische
Selbstständigkeit zu ermöglichen,
bietet der fzs einen <a
href="https://www.fzs.de/service/bayernsoli/" data-type="page"
data-id="60536">Bayernsoli</a> an.
Dies ist ein Topf in unserem Haushalt,
der explizit dazu genutzt wird, tolle
Projekte in Bayern zu unterstützen,
die ansonsten ohne Förderung auskommen
müssten. </p>
<p>Der Bayernsoli steht grundsätzlich
allen studentischen Initiativen offen
und kann für alles verwendet werden,
was in anderen Bundesländern durch die
verfasste Studierendenschaft
finanziert würde. Das Budget des
Topfes beläuft sich im fzs Haushalt
aktuell auf 1.500€. </p>
<p>Um die studentische Interessen und
Veranstaltungen auch über diesen
Rahmen hinaus zu verwirklich gibt es
die Möglichkeiten Zweckgebunden an
Studierendenschaften, Einzelpersonen
und Veranstaltungsreihen zu Spenden.
Beispiele für förderungswürdige
Vorhaben sind Angebote zur politischen
Bildung, die Durchführung kritischer
Orientierungswochen, Druckkosten für
Informationsmaterial oder Fahrtkosten
für Vernetzungstreffen.</p>
<p>Du bist in einer Studierendenschaft
außerhalb Bayerns aktiv und würdest
